Mental Health First Aid

We use the words Mental Health in a negative way, when in fact we all have Mental Health, we couldn't function without it. Think of it this way, there is Well Mental Health, were we are generally happy, we may get anxious or stressed about things but we can cope and everything is pretty much OK. Then there is Ill Mental Health and this covers so much, from anxiety, depression, self harm, personality disorders psychosis the list goes on. I am proud that I am now a certified Mental Health First Aider. I am not an expert and I am not in a position to diagnose, but I can offer support and advice on where to get the help you need.
