Stress is like a coiled spring waiting to be let go and when it does....


it can have a devastating effect. Stress isn't something you should ignore, if you try it has a way of catching up with you. Stress can manifest itself in many ways, both physical and mental and we should try and learn what our stress limits are. We're told that there are many ways to alleviate stress, exercising, diet, gardening, pets, we're all individual. But one of the best ways is to talk and let people know how you feel. This isn't easy, because we fear what people will think of us, that's why I believe in coaching, it's a non-judgemental space which belongs to you, for you to talk and explore. So when you get that feeling of not being able to cope, remember there are people out there who are willing to listen to you.
